Australian Curriculum in Prep–Year 6.
The Australian Curriculum supports students to become
successful learners, confident and creative individuals, and active and
informed citizens.
Queensland schools are required to implement all eight learning areas of the Australian Curriculum.
The Australian Curriculum consists of eight learning areas, seven general capabilities and three cross curriculum priorities. In delivering the curriculum, all aspects of the achievement standard for each learning area and/or subject provided in a year and/or band are covered.
